Transfer Station Hours
Through June 9, 2025: The Transfer Station is open 5 days a week Fridays-Tuesdays from 7:30 am-3:30 pm. Closed Wednesdays and Thursdays.
June 10-September 10, 2025: The Transfer Station will be open 7 days a week from 7:30 am-3:30 pm.
Transfer Station Holiday Closures
The transfer station is closed on holidays observed by the Town of Truro with the exception of June 19 (Juneteenth - Freedom Day) and July 4 (Independence Day), Memorial Day, and Labor Day.
Transfer Station Permits:
Please Note: A permit is required to enter the Transfer Station. Residents can check the status of their transfer station permit by visiting the following link: Town of Truro, MA License Plate Lookup. Email reminders will be sent to people who have previously purchased permits online.*
Swap Shop Hours
Open 8:00 am- 2:30 pm Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. Volunteer based.
