Septic Inspections

  • Septic System Inspection Report (SSIR) Addendum
  • The following documents are required for a SSIR submission:
    1. SSIR Form 
    2. SSIR Addendum (see above)
    3. $50 fee (we accept cash, credit cards {visa or mastercard}, or checks {made payable to the Town of Truro}
    4. Water Analysis (valid for 1 year from the date of analysis; no water sample required for properties served by Town water nor PWS wells)
