2025 Town of Truro Dog License Application Information

Dog tags will be available beginning Tuesday, January 28 and a Rabies Certificate is required. The 2025 Dog License Application can be found here.

Please print all information clearly on the application, and mail or drop-off your completed application with a Rabies Certificate and payment to: Truro Town Hall, Administration Office, P.O. Box 2030, Truro, MA 02666. The town accepts cash or check only and the fee is $5.00 spayed/neutered and $15.00 intact.
